First I read this:
Q.
How do I register a channel?

A.
Go to the NetGamers Website and login. From there there will be an option in the menu to the right-hand side entitiled CService Menu. After clicking on that, there will be the Channel Registration option in the new menu. Follow the instructions in the form and in the emails that you will receive upon submitting the application and upon its registration and wait for administrators to process the application.

I've registered my channel with two valid users. However, I am waiting for their support for our channel and I would like to know where I can tell them to look for it and where they go to support the channel. Do they receive an e-mail or do they log in and support it via the website?

Nevermind. I found it eventually -- apparently it was under the Cservice Menu, but I didn't have the "Support Channel" option so I didn't know to look there. I feel kind of dumb now, but oh well -- Its the internet.

Hey Wakk,

Glad you found the solution in the end, for future reference you're likely to get a reply much more quickly if you come into #cservice on NetGamers, the staff are much more active on IRC than they are on the forums as it's rare for help to be needed on here.

Enjoy your new channel, and your time on NetGamers. :)

Wakk,

For future reference, there is also a P command for supporting channels. The for this is: /msg P support #ChannelName yes/no. Please do bare in mind that you have to have logged in with P atleast within the last 14 days. Therefore I usually recommend for everybody to use the P command so it is certain that they have logged in with P and not just on the website. But yes, the also gives you an option to support a channel; Login->CService Menu->Support Channel.

This reply is mainly for future queries about this as your query has been sorted. :-)

Regards,
/raar
