Ajax server and Excess Flood

Every time I try to login to IRC and the servers want me to use Ajax server I get this message.

[16:55] Closing Link: Auto|GPRS by ajax.nl.eu.netgamers.org (Excess Flood)

It can sometimes take hours befor I can access properly on a usable server.
How can I stop this from happening?

Do you not have this problem on any other server on the network? To test, try firefly.no.eu.netgamers.org instead.

Please tell me what port you're trying to connect on, what IRC client you're using and at what stage of the connection process you receive this message.

Only have this problem on Ajax server, all others works just fine.
I use port 6667.
mIRC 6.2
Client set to use random Netgamer server.
Client get kicked after it is logged in and are close to finished connecting to all the channels.

Problem is there when connecting at all times, but appears to be harder to complete when connection ping's out and trying to reconnect to a server.
